Bleeding the acd?

Who knows how to do it? Im finally installing my clutch on my 05 and Im worried about bleeding the acd. Any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

It’s not much different from bleeding your brakes. But with a big BUT, you need the Mitsu test computer to force run the ACD pump. And make sure you have enough ACD fluid in the reservoir since the pump is very powerful and you might very easy drain all the fluid if you are not careful when opening the nipple on the transfer case.

So you have to take your 05 Evo Mitsu to the dealer, just to change the clutch ?

If you don't disconect the line going into the transfer case then why would you have to bleed it? Can't you just push it aside, like you do on a non-ACD transfer case, when removing the clutch?

You have to remove the banjo bolt to get to one of the tc bolts. The long one.
