White Rabbit update

Had a chance to tune a WR turbo on member Smiley's car on the Buschur Mustang dyno this sat - the turbo hit 30 psi and fell to 24 psi - (more than stock) - it made 330 whp on the Buschur dyno with Buschur Stage 4 and my custom flash (100 octane tune). To compare, cars with similar mods and stock turbo are pulling about 290 - 300 on that dyno with 94 octane. The dyno sheet looked good - it pulled much harder after 6500 than a stock turbo. (Sorry I did not keep a print out).

Smiley's car ran into the 11's at the shootout. Decent results with his mods and the reflash. I was impressed with the WR performance. Its not a dramataic improvement over stock but its a decent pick up.

Interesting note - compared a dyno sheet of the BR 20G with Stage 4 plus - it spools up sooner and holds power longer - but that is with AEM and more mods. BR 20 G went 11.6 on the track sunday. Time will tell how the 20G fares with the reflash.

Here we go again. You only got 330whp on 100oct? Not too sure how the Buschur stages work but that seems kinda low. I know it's a MD, but all depends on what the settings were on the dyno. My weight is set at 3500 and hp @ 50 is 13.5 (i think)\, have to find my last dyno sheet)

hopefully we can see a stage 4 flashed car with the 20g soon!! Man elevation sucks!! i purchased a 35r and now gonna return it for the 20g depending on the results due to the fact that spool up on the 35r seemed like it would be horrible where i live (never installed it, just took advice from couple of board members).

I agree. A final # means nothing without an initial number especially when numbers vary from dyno to dyno I like to be tune on the dyno so I can see the difference rather then using the feel/butt dyno method.

Not sure what you mean but I believe BR changed the setting since their black car was dyno since the number made no sense

nope, same setting it came out of the box on. Either way, no sense in focusing on dyno numbers. Need a before WR and after WR dyno to mean anything.

This is why I gave you guys the track time and dyno number from same weekend so you can have an idea of what the number means

PS, fix that and put a Hallman on there if there isn't one already, and you should hold much more boost.

but dave is running an AEM EMS wit more mods when he made that power. (as stated by al in the original post). this WR that al just ran is running just a bushcur stage 4 and a flash. so i guess at this point the WR is looking the best. thats until al can get a 20g with a buschur stage 4 and a flash and compare the the numbers and dyno sheets.
