PeakBoost prototype GT kit pics
ok, guys, here it is.
not scheduled for release til the end of September. there are only 4 original PeakBoost evo kits (one in trinidad) in existance and these pics are of the revisions made to the original kit.
3 kits were made for testing on three seperate cars. one of them being my own 05.
i can finally say that i think this is going to be the released kit
i love being able to spend as much time as i want with one of these cars now... no more giving it back to the customer
we will make sure to keep you guys informed of any updates, feedback and future revisions.
PeakBoost 321 stainless mani, 4 to 1 merge, runners are equal length within one inch. tial 44mm. mock up turbo
PeakBoost downpipe, dumptube, AL charge pipe and A-spec intercooler
PeakBoost 2.5" AL lower hot pipe
i think this speaks for itself
both lower tie bars fit full 3"
just got home from 14hrs, sorry to anyone that thought i might have been testy this last week has been very stressful and im tired......
anyone going to D1 at irwindale next weekend?

thanks for the kind words guys.
i think the dumptube is my favorite part too. i figured a drag cut would look nice in a place noone really sees it
keep in mind, that these pics are rough and the piping is in an unfinished state.
i have a couple pretty sick ideas as far as coating the charge pipes. i'll be sure to post my personal set as soon as they get back from polishing and coating.
over the next couple months, we will be posting #'s and datalogs from this kit.
we will be testing the GT3076R, GT3040R, GT35R, and a couple of non-ballbearing turbos. this way, if you are undecided you will be able to see all of the different powerbands available with the PeakBoost kit.
as soon as the Hydra EMS gets here, we will be installing this kit on my own 05 evo and begin the "madness"
we are working on the complete kit pricing, and should have some figures for the complete kit ready in about 2 weeks.
todd, give me a call at the shop, i have you all set.

Looks sweet!! I've always wondered how much heat that those bad boys build up?? Possibly ending the life of your crankcase seal early...1 and 2g's are good examples when those heat shields come off oil leaks and hoses dry out quick.
