how much gain out of upper and lower 2.5 ic pipes?

Can someone explain why you'd want to change out the I/C if it appears that its really not adding any power?

I agree, it is ridiculous, but the OEM IC is more than enough for a 16G and supporting mods.

I didn't know it would pick up so little until I installed the IC and retuned. I can see an IC gaining more power with no fuel management, because it leaned me out almost 3/4 of a point. But with management in place, all it did was increase my spool up time by ~250RPM because it has a lot larger core to charge now.
