GSC cams with cracks

uh yeah did you not understand what i said? same cores different finishing process. If there are any more people that run into this problem please PM me ASAP. I need these cams back that are deffective. I will be more than happy to replace any deffective parts and will have them to you in 3 days or less!!! (let me see HKS offer that kind of Service).
I was going to buy these this weekend, now I'm wondering if I should just go with HKS. I don't want to deal with cracking issues or the possibility of cracking issues.
My question to GSC is, "If a customer has to pull these cams, are you guys going to cover the install again if a shop does it?" Personally, I'm not going to install these myself.....

does anyone have some actually pictures of this? If you have the cover off.. take a macro picture of the cracks. I started getting a tapping for about 800 miles after the cams were in for a good 1K miles, i believe it has disapeared, but it sounded like I needed to bleed the lifters? Is this easy to do?

*****UPDATE******
I did not contact anyone about this other than this post. Greg at GSC read the post and contacted me. He said this is very uncommon and is sending me out a new set of V2 cams overnight. I will receive them tomorrow. This is the definition of GREAT customer service. I have absolutely NO regrets going with GSC and would do the same if I had to do it over. How many reps from HKS are gonna contact you within 8 hours of you posting something about there product on this board and then overnight you a new replacement without you asking for it? Jason

Good customer service is a great thing, but a product with no problems is better in my book.

I'll pull my valve cover this weekend to check I guess...hope I don't have to pull the cams
If I do I'd rather just get a credit and get HKS 280s
Here are pics of what the "cracks" look like. They aren't that clear, but you can see the lines.

Note, this is not in any way to slander GSC. I have made good power with their products and they offered to replace the cams immediately after I contacted them a couple of months ago about the problem. However, we came to the conclusion that it was a sealant that was just wearing off, which is obviously now is not the case as I have had 5k more miles put on them since then and the "cracks" are still there. Other people w/ GSC cams need to pull their valve covers(or you can pop the oil cap and look in there w/ a flash light) and see if you have what you can see in my pics. I will await their analysis of the situation and then decide what to do from there.

Ouch....
Exactly, thats why I haven't yanked them yet. Its only enough for your fingernail to grab. I was worried an actual chip of the lobe was going to come off, but that would have happened a while ago if it were going to.
