If all that I need to replace is the top o-ring I only need to remove two bolts correct? the FPR and the fuel line does not need to be removed? PLeas help. If there are instructions with pictures out there please let me know also. I don't think I need to remove anything on the fuel pump but not sure.

Thanks.

Okay got the o-rings off. I didn't realize the o-ring was so thick. Maybe it was fine the way it is, although there were some cracks. Since I have it off I'm going to replace it anyway. Injectors are BR 660s. I'm going to try Pep boys and see if they have any. If not then maybe AMS or other places. I hope I'm not the only one seeing this.

Thanks. I'm calling AMS tomorrow.

Is it the same o-ring injector which is on the picture that went bad on you ?? I also notice a black rubber cover on top of the injector and wonder if that piece needs to be replace as well.

Mach V usually carries the injector o-rings. You might want to give them a call.

No, actually it was the little o-ring around just the jet. We had lost that thicker bushing (o-ring) what you took a picture of. We went to Advanced Auto parts and they didn't have anything. Watch out those things can get away from you.

Not sure what 0-ring you're referring to. I only see one which is the thicker one.

I was refering to the o-ring on the end of the injector. When you pull the injector out you will see it. I had to replace that one.

The bigger one is the one we lost but found later. The store didn't have this one.

Does anyone have part numbers for both the small O ring and the thicker one.

You mean the small o-ring (green one in pic) that is on the top of the injector? I only see the thicker one on the end of the injector. My injectors are still on the fuel rail. I just loosen the two bolt and remove the bottom thicker o-ring. I don't believe I need to replace the top ones.

Thanks.

I don't know what the part number is but I got both o-ring from AMS. Thanks.

What do you guys use to tighten the 12mm nut that bolts the fuel rail down. The one that is hard to get to and is under the fuel line bracket. I tried both the small and big rachet and no luck.
