I wish the masses would exhaust options before starting these wars and slander on the forums (regardless of product, vender, etc)...Dirk won some cool points with me cause he replied calmly and rationally....cant say i would have done the same lol

Thanks for the kind words. A lot of people at work tell me I am crazy for even getting on forums. Some say I shouldn't use my real name, etc. But I think it is important that people know who they are talking to and it keeps me in check as well. No company likes to (or should have to) address customer issues in a public forum but on the other hand I don't have anything to hide. It becomes difficult to navigate though because there are so many other people with ideas, questions, or issues and I have such limited time. If I didn't enjoy helping others I wouldn't be here.

Besides putting everything said under public review, I also think that my presence here can be counter-productive to ACT a couple other ways. If the president of a established company is on the forum it sends the message that the problem must be big to get his attention or that the company is small because he doesn't have better things to do. Because of my position it runs through my mind at times, but it is outweighed when I see threads like this one. It may sound corny but I am here because I simply have a passion for my product and a genuine concern for the customer. Being in LA you are not that far away. If you get a chance come check us out sometime and I will give you a sneak peak at our operation. That invitation is extended to others as well. Just email me to let me know you are coming. I get pulled in a lot of different directions.
