I noticed there was no mention of an engine management system in your mod list. I would recommend some sort of standalone to make all the parts happily work together. You do not need the 1mm oversized valves or the double valve springs. You can just get stainless stock sized valves and upgraded single valve springs and you will be OK for use of any of the HKS cams, if you use a high lift cam like Tomei or Piper then you want double springs. Also your mistaken about 4G64 lifters, they are not like even lifters in any way, they wont even fit in the same place as EVO lifters. Just get a new set of stock lifters. Any lifter for a 4G63T motor will work, make sure you get the ones with the 3mm oil hole. YOu can find them on ebay for about $125 for a full set. With all those mods and a good tuner you can make 550whp pretty easily. There are people who make over 500whp on stock engines with just cams, GT35R turbo kit, standalone, bigger injectors and upgraded fuel pump and a nice exhaust.
i don't mean to hijack the tread but i am also looking to make 550whp reliably on pump gas as an everyday driver but was thinking along the lines of a jun 2.2 and a gt35. Any input is greatly appreciated. The price of parts doesn't matter as long as its reliable

I like the list, but there are some questionable items.
#1. The dual valve springs. I would not go with this configuration. I know alot of people swear by it so I'm not trying to start a flame war. Its harder to get these spring rates to match perfectly and stay matched over time. I have crower springs and they work great. Make sure to consider piper cams, not many people are running them in the US but they kick a$$.

#2. Crower rods are good, I always tend to lean towards Crower. There are many good choices. Also check out Manley

#3. Rather than go with a taller head gasket, why not go with the cometic at the stock thickness and run a range colder plug? Cometic makes a hell of a product...
#4. I don't know about adding the fuel rail with that FPR--I'd go with what AMS recommends here but I would not just add that fuel rail without a long conversation with them. Also, I don't know if the 720cc injectors are going to be enough for what your looking to accomplish.
#5. Magnecor are good wires, I think it helped smooth my car out a little bit--and I'm only running the 8mm and not the 8.5
#6 Rather than going with that upgraded balance belt, go with a balance shaft eliminator and get your crank balanced/knife edged.
#7. I'd add Ralliart motor mounts and a torque damper. (both available from Gruppe-S)
