people who have gsc's love them, people who have hks love them. whats the difference? about 150 bucks! (and gsc doesnt make 280's, moot if you want 264, 272)

HKS because I've always been a fan for their products...

It's the loyalty but the price on their stuff hurts compared to other manufacturers that works about the sameway.

I love my GSC cams. The best customer service I've seen thus far in this industry. You can't go wrong with them. Also for the person who asked you don't need cam gears, just a good tune.

Who is complaining about HKS cams being expensive. $539-550 shipped is cheap IMO. I see the GSCs going for around 500 shipped am I right? WOW $30!

HKS... and the Ralliart parts in Mitsu's WRC car over the years (and the ones you find on the shelves) are made by HKS. World stage competition proven and tested. That's enough convincing for me.

I love my HKS 272's, honestly I got them because the local shop had them sitting there and for 550.

Both are relatively cheap pricewise, and you'll be happy with either.

BUT in the event you need any help or have any problems you're going to get above average support from GSC.

I agree, HKS cam prices are lowering. Pretty soon the price isn't going to matter at all.
