Haha, that first pic is of the intake manifold back where the oil dipstick is...that doesn't help. The 2nd pic is the BOV, which doesn't help either. I'm not sure what the 3rd pic is, but what I asked for was for you to remove the stock airbox, then take a pic of the TURBO and WASTEGATE. Additionally, I needed a pick of the BCS, which is directly beneath the airbox.

If you're just going to drive to Topspeed to get it fixed, then it doesn't matter. I'm sure we could have fixed it, but I also know they will take care of you if you don't feel like fixing it yourself.

No shouldn't be mandatory. just need to check out your vaccum lines to the wastegate and solonoid

Edit: unless your missing parts, then the it would be alot easier to just install a MBC

We could have answered that for you already (and probably fixed it easily) if you got better pics.

no there is a boost control solenoid that comes on the car from the factory. It's preset. It has a couple wires going to it through a connector and 2 vac nipples right under the stock air box.

The Solonoid is under your airbox....just flip the vacuum lines attached to it and see if that fixes your problem. But I am sure BadazzCR can sort you out

11-11.5 PSI is wastgate pressure, i run that as well when i turn my EBC off. It can't be the gauge b/c you said it hits 11 and stays there, which means there is no spike and boost taper like the normal cars have. either the person who owned it before had a Boost controller and never hooked the stocker back up or the stocker itself is bad.

Thumbs up Problem is fixed!!

Problem fixed!! Now boosting 20psi and lovin the hell out of it! Special thanks to Doug and all the guys at http://www.topspeedsales.com outside of Atlanta for hooking me up. First he checked if I had restrictor pill in hoses. That was negative. So he put a non evo-specific one in, and that got me to 15psi. That wasn't good enough. So, without stock evo hoses on the spot, he installed a Forge MBC and tuned it to 20psi. Worked perfectly and instantly. Just drove home 2 hours and it was awesome. I finally feel a true EVO...hell yeah. Thanks again everyone on here for helping with the problem. The quick and accurate responses were unexpected and appreciated. I highly recommend TopSpeed to anyone to tune your EVO or any car. The garage, cars, parts, technicians, experience, everything I could think of there were of best quality. Can't wait to use them again in the future, for now I am really, really loving this car!
