Mr Bpv

What is difference between this and the stock BPV? What makes it better? Where can I get it?

based on your list of mods, you don't need it, the money is better spent elsewhere. Maybe start with the exhaust.

This is easy for me to answer, but I think you need to learn to search before I answer, because this info is easy to find.

I did search.....I read like 14 pages on BOVs and got no useful information out of it.

I didn't say to search on BOVs. I said to search for the JDM MR DV. On my first try, this is what I found FOR YOU:
