The dealship here has covered quite a few things for me with no questions asked. I have a standalone ECU also. It depends on the service department.

Im guessing its a boost leak. Ive been gone hunting all weekend but after driving it again I noticed a few more things. It tries to boost higher but just falls off. Its also idling higher. Like 900-1100rpms and my vacuum is only at like -10psi when Im sitting there. Its usually at -13ish. Whats everyone elses vacuum at idle?

Sounds like you have a vacuum/boost leak. At idle its about 14-15 for vacuum.
