I was more or less comparing the power curve since the peak numbers are similar. The midrange power is up quite a bit, looks like it would be a blast to drive.

I remember reading somewhere that the 20g is not a good road racing turbo because of part throttle situations.

Is this still true?

The surging issues have been resolved w/ the new EVO9 20G. The larger compressor housing makes this possible. Try reading next time, thanks.

Hmmm I love my 16G but want more power... I like GT3071R but I want same spool as the 16G... Might the 20G be the turbo I need?
