Wink Winter Project: GT35R, nitrous. any advice?

Over the winter, I am looking to add the AMS GT35R "kit", AMS head, AMS bottom end, and thinking about tossing in a nitrous shot of 50. Does anyone have this set-up now?and can you explain the pros and/or cons of this set up. I suffer from the disease dontknowwhentostop!, and until they find a cure, I am going to continue suffering with it! I think this is better (for me) than getting the GT42R. And the 1/4 mile times will be not that far off, or at least they will be where I want to be, the mid to low 10's.Help a brother out, as with my condition, and the fact there is no known cure, time is of the essence!!!

Also, if anyone wants to sell their kit, pm me!

Full-race.com. They have the best manifold collector design and downpipe.

Get a 40R and you won't really need nitrous. But a little N2O never hurt anyone. Just make sure you have a window switch if you do end up going w/ N20. Personal experience.

Thanks knightracer. I looked at the AMS GT42R, and its about 7500, which doesnt include the injectors, fuel rail etc... I was looking to get the same kick/close to the same 1/4 mile times with a GT35R, and a shot of juice. What is a 40R? or did you mean 42R?

Turbotrix GT35R kit bigger wastegate than most, Shearer manifold, and all for $3700 bucks!! The full race T3 footprint 67 compressor looks great too and there manifold is quite gorgeous too.

Both are great and good luck!!
