No, I am not talking about the fuel pressure solenoid, it is mounted to the brace under the intake manifold. I will try to get a pic, but it is kind of hard to just reach much less get a picture of!

Does this whining sound cause any issues or performance loss?

Or is just a normal noise the fuel pump is suppose to make?
