I've got the stage 2 Comp Cams, can't remember the specs offhand, but with a Vishnu Stage 1+ car I trap repeatable 108.xx mph in the quarter with really crappy 2.2+ 60 ft times on the stock clutch and 93 octane. They are very lopey at idle, with mine set at -3/-2 but I like it that way. Hope that helps you out a little.

Comp cams have been used in American cars for decades. DSMs have been using them for quite some time as well... technically the same duration (272/272) with the comps would be more aggressive if you look at all the specs. I believe the very aggressive ones require springs. Personally I am going to swap to comps when I pull mine apart to install the springs.

I compared the hard #'s of these and the HKS and found that the Comp cams had a higher lift but the HKS's had a longer duration, so they kinda equal each other out. But i've heard that the comps make more power than the HKS. Both advertised as 272/272.
