Megan exhaust manifold problem

Hey guys,

Just today I installed a Megan exhaust manifold along with an RnR O2 housing and TBE. It's a sweet setup, but something weird happened to the manifold!

I was driving around afterwards for maybe a half hour, not pushing the car hard or anything since I just installed all this new stuff, and all of a sudden I hear this weird sound. "Squeaking" is the best way I could describe it, but the sound pulsed and got louder the more I stepped on the gas. So I pulled over to check it out, figuring it was either an exhaust leak or a boost leak (I also installed a Forge MBC). As soon as I open the hood I notice that one of the two large bolts on the manifold (I guess they're there to hook up an EGT??) is missing! So I'm wondering, is that 100% for sure the cause of the sound? And second, what the crap? Why/how did this happen? I guess tomorrow morning I'm going to call Megan for another bolt...

They are the same pitch/thread as spark plugs I believe. And you can get according plugs at Autozone. Just torque them down some more.

You most deffinetly need those holes plugged up ASAP.

Not having them plugged will lead to a minor exhaust leak, but it's enough to potentially create a problem if not corrected!
