i have no problem with mine or either have to absolutely floor the clutch for it to engage... 10000+ miles and counting

to stop missing 2nd ...u have to put the clutch in all the way as swiftly as possible...and missing 2nd repeatdly will result in bad synchros and eventually total 2nd gear lock out....

Adjuts you clucth down by the clutch pedle, you may not be disengauging the clutch all the way.

Also get a fron motor mount and that will be a HUGE difference.

As stated way back in the thread and several times again a simple adjustment to your clutch will solve your problems.
