I was reading a japanese magazine and saw many types of HF cats:

Apexi Super Catalyzer
HKS cat
SARD Sports Catalyzer
Jspeed cat

Do you know something about them?

I have heard they are just as free flowing as a strait open pipe but cost $$$$. It would be nice to get them here with carb certification on them. I have th helix Its okay. I get insufficient cat cel once in a while, I just have to reset it.

Supposedly, the emissions produced using these cats should be at lower levels than the oem units on our cars. Thats amayzing.

Almost all of the time attack cars in Japan run these cats. They are available in roughly 3" and 4" sizes. Some of the nicest on the market are SARD and Apexi which can run from $600 to $1000. I might be talking out my a@@ but I think the Cyber Evo runs the SARD. Bring your pocket book.

Dont forget that these japaniese cats are made from some type of material that comes from space! They are in a whole nother league. Not only do they flow VERY well, they also run SUPER clean.

The cats used by Japanese tuners are in some cases made using Platinum.

personally I don't give a f*ck it they are made out of gold that is a waste of money $1000 for a high flow cat not worth it just run a test pipe and when u go for your smog check take it to a tight shop who will fake the funk or put back on your stock cat
