Intercooler Piping with stock air box?

The Helix pipes are ok, it's smaller than two and a half inch though. I've seen a post showing that it's like 2.25"... something like that. It doesn't come with clamps either you have to use the stock ones or buy t-bolts separately.

I would just get the Nisei kit if you want a 2.5" upgrade and if you want to keep your stock airbox, or just get the Samco hoses for the stock pipes.

The Nisei kit comes with all t-bolts too.

correct , helix is 2 1/4"
nisei is nice , but you do need a mini-battery

Well I think there would be no difference than stock. It's either the same as or smaller than stock pipes.

I'm going to go with the Nisei pipes, but not until after I do a battery relocation and possibly an MBC install. I saw vtluu's installation job, and it looks great.
