i would verify the function of the thermostat. Pan of boiling water trick. Hold it with some needlenose pliers and dip it in and watch it open, or not.......

Mitsu had a recall on the fan controllers being faulty. I had to go in for it. I would check to see if you are one of the people that are succuming to it. They had to replace the fan controller.

wel my car is a 2001 E7..
i dont think i have this fault.
but regardless i set up the fan to work as soon as ignition is turned on. It doesnt go through the controller anymore.
so the fan is constantly on as soon as ignition is on.

Well I fixed my overheating issue. I replaced my thermostat with an oem mitsu thermostat, replaced the radiator cap, used radiator clean and flush solution in my stock radiator, since then it stoped overheating.

Based upon the fact that the problem happened after you installed a new exhaust manifold I am guessing the problem is either : (1) new manifold is too close to radiator (doubt it) or (2) when you drained and refilled your radiator you did not bleed the system properly and have an air bubble in the system....Pressurize and bleed the coolant (there is a how to in the how to section...) and see if that solves your problem.
