Shepherd or TRE?

I have a bad 4th gear syncro. But it couldn't have happened at a better time. I'm doing a 2.3, GT35R, and clutch in 2 weeks. So I figure, while its out I might as well have the thing rebuilt.

Both Shep and TRE are very good and i'd be happy if either of them did the rebuild. But which one to go with? I hear only good things about both. Is the Shepherd rebuild worth the extra $150? It'll probably come down to who can have a quicker turn around, but i'd like to get some opinions.

Thanks

I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

Both are great, but Shep is known as the tranny god and is used in AMS's shop car, Dynoflash's car, and Topspeeds car. All are making 700+whp.
