Am wanting to know what size the stock EVO IV Injectors are and what a stock fuel pump would be rated at.

rated at all the basic bolt-on's, plus stock turbo plus stock cams. If you replace either of the these, at a minimum you'll need a fuel pump for cams, and bigger injectors with a bigger turbo. Not sure how alchy effects this statement, I have no experience with that.

I doubt anyone is going to give you a straightup whp number, as all dynos are different.

Camshafts
Less lift and duration:
E4 inlet 9.5mm lift 252deg duration
E4 exh 9.5mm lift 252deg
E5/E8 inlet 10.0mm lift 260deg duration
E5/E8 exh 9.5mm lift 256deg

Fuel Pump
E4 = 120 lph
E5/E8 = 150 lph

Injectors
E4 = 510cc/min
E5/E8 = 560cc/min

Turbo Turbine Housing
E4 = 9T
E5/E6 = 10.5T

In other words, if you swap the injectors,cams and fuel pump....is the same s^&%

custom intercooler made by a compny called 'Plazmaman' he does some amazing fabrication work. It is FWD, no 1/4 mile times yet the car has been off the road for 6 years and only recently we got it all sorted and legal (engineered) and i need to fix some fueling issues before we dyno it again and take it down the quarter, however saying that when we dyno'd the car all those years ago (1999) it got 232kw so hopefully with all the recent tweaks it should get a little better.
