Stock fuel pump and overall performance question.

Hey guys. I was wondering, what is the size of the stock fuel pump on a 2010 evo x and at what horsepower (At the crank or flywheel) will i need to start reinforcing the motor and get a new fuel pump and injectors.

Thanks a lot!

My stock pump was able to support basic bolt-ons with the stock turbo on pump gas, but when I added the ported manifolds and TB I had to go with a Walbro. The line was in the ~345-350whp area on Cobb Plano's Mustang dyno.

ok so with my next mod i will need to upgrade my fuel pump. What about injectors and the motor itself. I know its not a 4g63, but the A4b11t has proven itself quite reliable. So im wondering when i will have to worry about upgrading other things. Thank you very much i apreciate your help.

What exactly are your plans? If your staying stock turbo and pump gas the stock injectors should be sufficient? If you go E85, injectors and fuel pump are a must.

Correct, the only thing I don't have is cams and my stock injectors are still fine on pump gas. I did buy some DW800's just in case though

If you want to keep your stock engine safe my recommendation is to stay with a turbo the size of a FP Green, CBRD BBX Lite, or MAP EF2.
