You definately don't over torque that bolt. If you lost oil you may want to prime the turbo just to be safe.

It's 12 +/-2 ft lbs and don't forget the copper crush washers.

We have 500whp+ with it and run 11.24 & 127.62mph in the 1/4 mile with this manifold. Never cracked, warped. Hell ran 33.7psi on stock turbo tonight with it.

I have had it about a year and had no issues. Do you have specific instances or pictures on an EVO where the manifold cracked.

Hello? Calm the hell down and stop typing in HUGE letters.

I have a bolt if you still need it. I can Fedex it to you on Monday and you would have it on Tues. This bolt is very low torque and you have to be real careful. I They strech before they break and you don't want it to be stretched. I would knock a few in. lbs. off the recommended torque to avoid breaking another one.

He's correct about Mitsu being able to get you the bolt overnight but you must ask for and maybe inisist on having this service. With the parts stock the average dealership maintains they couldn't fix anything without overnight parts delivery.
