I think you're not the only one having problems with that valve.

One of my friend has the same problem, replaced it 5 times so far, but under warranty.

If you close it too much or too long, it'll get stuck and wont open again.

maybe the motors needs to be power by 4g63. That way, it'll blow off everytime you close it. lol

My motor has weakened from open and close at 50-80mph, and now when it is closed, and I do a spirited run, it opens more and more, till it is stuck OPEN!

yeh, that's definitely a common problem. It's too bad the manufacture wont replace the motor with more powerful one.

How reliable is that VES? Most people who have the traditional cutout complain about the butterfly being broken because they floor it while opening the cutout. This VES only opens when you floor it, so I would assume it's gotta be built with incredible strength. Has anyone bought one of these before and tried it? It's very interesting to me but I'd like to see how solid and reliable it is first.
