Pep Boys would not be my choice for the EVO. Do you know any tuner shops or even the (shudder) dealer?

No tuner shop for like 30-45 miles. The stealership is my next step.(pepboys wont charge me if they cant figure out why it wont start)

I just read some of this post after replying to your PM.
I honestly think you will find a broken piston is the culprit.
I don't see head studs in your mod list but if you haven't been cranking up the boost it probably is not the head gasket.
I would highly suggest if it is the pistons or engine in general that you take somewhere other then dealer to have it repaired. I would suggest you think about bringing the car north to Precision Dyno because they use an excellent engine builder for all thier machine work, etc. I know because he is my friend. He is very well known in this area for his work.
