Anyone know if/who makes test pipes that look like a cat? Since there is no sniffer test where I live, just visual inspections, I'd prefer not having to swap the stock cat in for inspection each year because I'm a lazy SOB.

I thought about gutting the stock cat, but I may need it someday if I move somewhere that has sniffer tests.

I think RRE makes a test pipe that looks like a cat and has some of the catalyst in it to trick cops into thinking it is not gutted.

Or take the factory cat and cut the top out, gut it, and weld a new piece of sheet metal to the top where once reinstalled it cant be seen. I have done that a few times, but now I dont live in an attainment zone, so I can be as illegal as I want to be (and I am).

Please don't post things like this or RRE won't be able to make such products anymore.

RRE makes a off-road "rally-cat" that is what you are looking for.
