If you want to adjust the base wastegate pressure you have to run a vaccuum line from a pressure source to the WGA. Not to mention a spike to 1.7 bar is extremely high for pump gas. On race gas it would be ok. Running with the WGA nipple open is NOT a good idea.

There is a baseline method where you run a vacuum line from the turbo outlet pipe and connect directly to the Forge WGA. That way you can see what you baseline boost is at with the spring installed.
Once you have that set, you can then setup your boost controller.
