Would doing just the front mount void any part of your warranty?
I searched and couldn't find any discussion on this. I want to get the powerflex bushing cause of the durometer but the purple would definitely be seen right away.

If you're concerned about your warranty, you need to look up and research the Magnuson-Moss Act. The burden of proof lies with the dealership and/or manufacturer to DEFFINITIVELY PROVE that a given modification CAUSED a problem. If they can't prove it, you're fine!

No.
On the vouching for Anarchy99 note, I did sit in his car and he has 3 of the 4 mounts + 272/264 bumpsticks. The motor is solid. It is beautiful, motor just stays still instead of jerking around at idle. I also sat in the passenger side and grabbed hold of the wheel. It does indeed feel smoother than with just the front mount alone. Weird.
Anyhow, the first set it available here (only one set which is why ebay will decide market value): http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ALCA%3AUS%3A11
Thanks!

Concerning your dealer, if they give you a hard time, mention the Magnuson-Moss Act to them and see what happens. The burden of proof is on them to deffinitively prove that a given modification has directly caused a problem in question. If they cannot prove this, they have no ground to stand on.
P.S.
There is no reason to believe that replacing the bushings will cause any problems whatsoever aside from MAYBE a few rattles inside the car, but that is to be somewhat expected when installing stiffer motor mounts.

Mike,
Do we still need to call you to get in on the first batch? When willl you get these up on the website? I need to have them within 3 weeks as that is when by engine is being pulled and rebuilt. Thanks!
As for the person with warranty concerns, this should not be a problem. If you live in an area where ALL dealerships are quick to pull the WARRANTY VOID card, then there are other "stock appearing" options out there. Or I guess you could try to paint or dye the Powerflex units. Thanks!
