I just got AEM Boost controler from Buschur and want to to ask, how do you hook it up? Which way for vac lines, and where to tap into wiring??

Thanks in advance

You use the same two wires the stock solenoid uses, polarity does not matter. The rest of the set up depends on how you have or want your wastegate set up to be.

There is a detailed explanation in the AEM manual as well as an informative thread in the AEM forum under the general tuning section.
