Hello all I drive a 3g eclipse with a 4g64 4cyl. I recently went to alamo autosports and bought a twinscroll 16g from a evo and just ordered a manifold,downpipe,and turbo outlet.

I was wondering what the factory wastegate is set at on this turbo.

Also I heard that the evos have a support bracket connecting to the o2 housing and the block.
The setup bolts right on to my eclipse with little modification but im worried that the manifold might crack if I do not have some sort of support at the bottom.Is there any way someone could send me a pic of the bracket that supports the turbo on a evo. I would appreciate it

 

cmon i need to know how the o2 housing is braced anybody help please

 

What kind of maniflod? If it's a cast iron piece, I don't think you'll have to worry. But, a tubular one will need some kind of bracing.
