hmmm..........looks like a full standalone is what you need. for that setup I would rely on a MOTEC system.

I would say its a tad bit higher because of stroker..torque will fall below hp number but should be fairly close,,
I would say 470whp, 440wtq on pump gas with full boost around 4.4k rpm

Why the high flow cat? It's not like the car is even remotely close to smogable anyway.

And explain why if it doesn't as opposed to throwing a vague statement?
By adding stroker, you are increasing the cylinder's displacement.
More displacement allows presence of more number of oxygen molecules per given volume. What do we have if we have more air inside the cylinder?
Powaaar

I know that this might defeat the purpose of owning a IX, with the exception of the difference in body styling, but I am gonna ask anyways. Is it possible to use an VIII head on the car, and is the wiring harness the same as the VIII? If everything is interchangeable, then you can get an AEM. If you really wanna make the power and the MIVEC is what is getting in the way, then this might be an alternative.

Some of you guys have good points but from me its from experience... this guy has a bit more mods than what I had and I made 444whp on 93 pump WITH A DYNOFLASH... so how hard is it to believe that he cant make 460 on pump with his setup?? for comparison here is my list of mods from my 03 that made 444 on pump:

AMS GT35R Kit
Buschur FMIC w/ Lower IC Pipe
HKS 272/272
Denso 660cc
Helix Dp with QTP electronic cutout
Stock Cat-back
Stock Upper IC Pipe
Walbro 255

It was basically a BR Stage 4 with a little variation

Now Superscout here has a similar setup but with a stroker motor also... this should increase his HP at least 8-10%..

The problem is you had no exhaust restriction and you had a FULL SET OF CAMS that give proven power. So far, there has not been proven power on the IX with the addition of just an exhaust cam, AND he has a HFC, which will really cause problems with spool and power delivery. Then, you have the combination of all that stuff on a IX with a flash, and it's going to be very questionable. Yes, you have a Dynoflash, and Al is very experienced with VIIIs having all sorts of mod combos. This guy is going to AMS who only started doing flashes in December, and I'm not sure they will have mastered how to do a IX with this combination of mods to a high power level. I could be wrong, but I think that this is a huge waste of money to only use a HFC and a flash...

The HFC whould only take away 10-15whp... Ive lost 14whp when I still had my BR TBE and swapped the TP with an HFC... But than the stroker should compensate for that to some degree. With the stroker in play than it will be similar (as in spool and hp) to my setup with cutout (somewhat)... now swap the HFC than its a whole different thing...

As for cams... There is a very limited choice out there... TT just recently released there Intake Cam which made some good power and if superscout is willing to wait a bit longer till other manufacturers make their versions.

As for a Flash just like any tuning it ONLY just as good as the Tuner it is coming from. And Seeing that AMS are the ones tuning it im sure they will be able to come up with good results
