Talking Best MBC

Any good suggestions on the easiest and best MBC not and EBC. I heard the "Search It" MBC is pointless

Anyways is there a need to constantly adjust these with a change in climate?

Ya I read alot about the Forge UNOS and that they fixed the problem some members were having with boost spike. Looks like a nice peice aswell. Just curious if there is a need to lube the new ones from forge.

If you already had the info, why did you start a new thread??? Your last question has been anwered as well, Forge is making sure that from now on every MBC that leaves the factory will be closely inspected, and Al from Dynoflash is pre-greasing all MBC that he sells.

I love my dual stage turboXS. It's like having NOS when you hit the button!

That's the worst MBC for the Evo, and there's no reason to have a button for changing boost, because you should be running your optimum boost all the time, and "optimum" is dictated by octane. So, unless you toss in race gas on a regular basis, then use the button to change to race gas boost levels, then this comment doesn't make sense. You can't just suddenly run more boost than your octane allows, and if you're running LOW boost on a regular basis, then you're just cheating yourself.

I have a hallman and am perfectly satisfied with it. You really cant go wrong with either the forge or the hallman. Thats the answer everyone is gonna give you.

Thanks for your good observation but what I was going for was other options i.e. dejon, turdosmart etc and everyones feed back including the forge. Im sure you have noticed that sometimes it is a good idea to start a new thread to get fresh new responses relevant to forge and other options not just what has already been read. Once again thanks

I hate the turbosmart MBC. My personal experience with it was horrible. I had one and it broke on me, so i replaced it thinking it was a bad one, but no its just the MBC. It sucks to be honest. It wouldnt boost past 14, and when i finally got it to work, when the temperature would change drastically it would spike hard to 30 psi. I wouldnt go for it. I would get the hallman RX pro, if you get the soft spring it wont boost higher then 14ish.
