INSTALLED 264's?& IDLES LIKE 280!?? & GETTING FUEL CUT!??WTF?

So today i installed my 264's cams but the idle is really loopey and rough and stalls from time to time.I thought 264's idle like stock and wont stall, plus i'm getting what appears to be fuel cut, especially when WOT.I already turned down the boost a lot???!!!!
BY the way i installed a 255walbro too and tonight was a really cold night(-2 or something)might this be the reason for fuel cut?.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

check for the vaccum leak. I have 264/272. it has slight lope but never stalled once. It is all about the vaccum.

My car did exactly what you described when I had my cam position sensor turned 180 the wrong way. It's real easy to do.

oh, you should get the fuel cut if you are boosting too high with this cold weather. especially with 264 cams, your mid range power will be too much for stock ECU to handle. MAF reading on the ECU will be too high on that mid range and ECU will pull the timing like crazy then boom! fuel cut!

Hey man, sorry to hear about your troubles with the cams. I advise you to not floor it until you get it tuned just to prevent anything from happening. Just offering some advice. Good luck man!
