I'm doing that path like you said anyway. I have tires now...coilovers will be next...then after I know how to REALLY drive and can feel the deficiencies of the car, I'll add whatever is needed next like sways/bushings.
Cool, that sounds good Warr. Yeah a good driver (w/ good tires) will always make the biggest diff

I think you're talking about the TMR friday event, NASA is that weekend the 11th and 12th. I'll be there on the 11th for my instructor test, look for the black Honda Del Slo .

Though R-Compound Tires 1st
Coilovers 2nd
Then Rear Sway bar/bushing 3rd/

1 LSD for 03 and 04 cars
2 Sways
3 Springs/ coilovers

R-Compounds should be for skilled drivers only.

Couldn't agree more, learn to drive on street tires.

Agreed, never said that I was currently using R-Compounds on my EVO--the SP track days I did this past year were on Toyo T1-S's (less$$) I've done a few Skip Barber schools in the past; 3day Racing school (street tires) and advanced school 2 day (slicks) BTW, so I don't believe I'm not skilled enough to try R's with my current set-up

yes, drive a few, then run ra-1's. depending on who you argue with, you'll get a different take if it's really R rubber, since technically they're streetable (though not the wisest idea)
