Descriptions of O2 sensors?

Can anyone tell me what O2 sensor is where on the evo?

Bank1 sensor 2, is this the one behind the cat?

If so, what is the designation of the one on the O2 housing just before the DP?

Are there anymore, other than the MAF (which I know is different than the other 2 in design.

Primary o2 sensor is pre Catalytic converter found in the o2 housing.

Secondary o2 sensor is post Catalytic converter found on the bpipe.

For an I-4 engine, in OBD-II language there is only Bank 1, a V-type engine also has a Bank 2. Sensor 1 is before the cat, 2 is after, and that's it. The MAF isn't anything at all like an O2 sensor.
