How did you install it? Remove the entire turbo assembly or was it done from underneath the car? Any tips or special tools you would suggest having to make the job easier? Thanks.

Put hotside back on with new o2 housing, put stock mani back on, and reinstall dp. This was the easies way since when you take the hotside off with the stock o2 housing, its very easy to get to all the bolts and swap out right there. My roomate and i did his o2 housing 2 weeks ago but, we did it without taking the hotside off or the turbo, but it was waaaaaaaaaaaaay much harder to do bc it was almost impossible to get to the bolts and unloosen them. Youre better off taking the hotside off, unless you want to take the radiator out.. Hope that helps
Gotcha, thanks.

The sound is normal, when im at wot it sounds like its puishing more air and the turbo spool is definitely more noticeable specially inside the car w/ the windows up
Sounds like a sqeeling that gets louder as pressure goes up. Maybe a leak? Sounds like air blowing out a small hose... I can't find it and the sound only comes when under load, I can't rev the engine under the hood and recreate this... Sound familar?

Does that sound I described sound like what I should hear and is normal? Feels good, much smoother and tons more power than I ever suspected... Shocking really, just pulls like crazy...... The noise is freaking me out though as it is fairly loud, almost sounds like when you blow up a ballon and let it go, that squeel... This is normal?
I did the 10.5 and the ebay O2 housing on my 03. I also did T-bolt clamps all around so things should be tight, I will keep checking as this sound is nasty...

It varies in pitch as boost rises from a higher piched to slightly lower pitch as boost builds. I must have a boost leak or something. I will sort it out somehow, proving to be a bigger challenge than I expected!!

Well, I fixed it! It was a boost leak on the driver side of the intecooler. Seems the clamp was at an angle and allowing a small leak even though the t-bolt clamp was tight... Thanks for the help!!!
