how much difference in means of performance?

everyone whom i know with an 03' who has switched to the 10.5 hotside has been really happy. it is a simple and relatively inexpensive mod.

but is there any documented gain?

horsepower?
torque?

acceleration?
less turbo lag?

better sound?

what is the average cost if u know?
