your problem is coming from too much airflow. Your mods are all air flow mods. I suggest you get a walbro and get a flash, you will not have fuel cut then. SAFC is a good tuning device but a flash is much better because it controls a lot of things not just the fuel.

make sure u get a fuel pump too because it is really worth it to have your car running safer. It is easy to install and I have a great write up on how to.
