Drilling and tapping stock intake manifold
Just wondering anyone here has tried drilling/tapping the stock intake manifold....wondering if the cast aluminum will tap well.
It will be a real fine thread, M8 X 0.75.

nice! man, how are you going to monitor each of the jets? Don't tell me you're going to buy 3 flow meters...
I don't have any direct experience tapping cast Al, so I can't really help you there. Easier to tap than cast iron, but at the same time be a bit more delicate perhaps?
you better post some pics when you've got this setup worked out!

thru the aquamist dds3. i'll set the window of operation - too high flow = leak, too low flow = one or more jets clogged. anywhere outside the set flow, the system will not allow boost to build above wastegate - ~12psi on stock WG.
