Angry Boost problems again!!!!!!!

So i posted a few weeks ago about me getting boost creep in 4th gear after i installed the Megan o2 housing. For some reason the issue went away and the car was having NO boost creep at all for about a week. So yesterday i decided to make some passes and i hit fuel cut in 3rd and 4th gear!! Keep in mind that i still have the stock bov and it would leak, well it was holding 22-23 psi almost to redline, the car felt great w/o any pulling of timing but then the boost kept creeping.

Heres the issue... I get out to turn the boost down, and i get fuel cut again. Once again i turn it down, no fuel cut this time but boost creep continued in 4th. After a few other passes the boost then started to go down since i had adjusted it. The weird thing is that when i turn the mbc down the boost doesnt go down immediately, i get different boost levels meaning lower or higher W/O touching the mbc again when i made more passes, so the boost levels are changing constantly w/o me adjusting it. Last night i made another pass and once again i was getting boost creep. Seems this issue is coming up only when its cold, i know i will get a higher boost spike when its cold but it should not get boost creep. I have tried everything to resolve this issue and dont know what else to do!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!! Is it the mbc? Wga?!!

swap out the 02housing, I have the same problem as you do. Fix it by changing the 02 back to stock.

If you have the know-how, take off the 02, and englarge the whole where the wastegate exhaust merges into the bottom of the 02. Its too small.

So they are not the same exact one right. these housing dont have any quality control what so ever. Most of the people dont have problem, its very possible that some people might get a bad one. I suspect the opening where the wastgate port meet the exhaust port is too small not letting enough gas to release into the exhaust fast enough... might able to fix it by makeing that tiny hole in the 02 housing bigger or try another swap in another one if you really want the tubular o2 housing.

Scott from ttp told me the wga is too tight and to adjust the preload. Anyone know how to put it back to stock specs?

I thought I remembered reading something about a bad batch of UNOS boost controllers, have you tried swapping in a different MBC to see if that might be the culprit?
