Its probably POSSIBLE with race gas, USED parts, a badass driver, a cold day AND some nitrous.

Swap to non-ABS: $100
Head Studs: $90
Cams: $500

You get the point... get the car to weigh 2,700 with you and gas in it.

Run C-16 and 35psi of boost or so. You probably dont need to strip the car nearly as much as I have said but why not... you just wanted it to hit a 10

If that doesnt hit a 10 you are a worse driver than me.

Total price is $3,860

You could do this to any Evo.. not just a 9. In fact an 8 would be easier.

there is no way in hell i dont have to get into it. there are some many things that have to be adressed before running a 10 second pass safely. Do you have a 10 second car no, I got 11 grand in my car and im in the mid 11's now so dont tell me about drag racing

LOL. You my friend are incorrect. Sorry. Most people dont because they want a bunch of parts that arent technically needed. You could easily do it though.

Wow Im really sorry to hear that. There are members here with $1500-2000 into their car in high 11s. That doesnt say too much about your drag racing skills or modding path, unless of course that 11k figure includes suspension, wheels, and things like that.

The only way the 11k would make sense is if he repainted his car and has a body kit with rims. So about 2k-3k of mods and the rest stuff that probably makes him slower
