He didn't touch the floor (I know it looks as though he did, but CFM is commonly lost there) he just shined it up and removed some casting imperfections for the pics. Definitely a worth-while mod if you plan to stay OEM looking! Thanks for checking me out! Please don't post simply to "naye-say"....all comments, suggestions, questions are VERY welcome!

where do I ADVERTISE my "product"? No where. I showed what was done, and who did it. Thank you much.

But you have your shop name and URL in your sig. We are not allowed to link to competing sites or business that are not registered vendors. Likewise, you made another post soliciting ported intake manifolds for $50. That's still business....

We offered a service to get our name out. We're not selling ported manifolds. As the post said, it's for R&D!

Ok, dude, whatever. You show your product, then link to your website where you sell the stuff. No one else is allowed to do that, and neither are you. If you want exposure for your product and your business, you have to pay, plain and simple.

And is it your job to enforce this service? Go away. This went from a showing off of my manifold to a mindless rant. Let people check it out and go Police a different forum.

"Warrtalon/Buschur Packages" w/prices...wow...a link to YOUR name. odd. Stop being such a pain in the *** and leave me alone. I have an Evo. I mod it. I happen to do it in house. I didn't advertise anything, I just showed off my manifold. So leave me alone.

This link is directly to the post under "Warrtalon/Buschur Packages" and lists YOU as a contact. however earlier you said... it doesn't link to you, it's to a friend's site? It's your package. You are a total hypocryte. I didn't even advertise the manifold for sale. It's MY MANIFOLD.

If it were me I would take all of this offline, Nothing good can come out of an online pissing match. W you are coming off a little negatively to me and I have always respected what you have done. "You can be right, but, you may be dead right."

Uh, you've never heard of Buschur Racing? Haven't we been talking about him through this whole thread? They are his packages that I created and are sold through him. How hard was that to understand? You keep saying you aren't selling anything, yet the link in your sig goes DIRECTLY to a page showing prices on ported manifolds!!! Why are you playing dumb? You know exactly what you're doing by putting that information in your sig. My sig points to packages SOLD and SOURCED by a major site sponsor. That's the point.

On the Garaged Performance website it says this about their (your?) Evo RS:

"RS model is GS-R minus wing, power windows, power door locks/windows, no stereo, no sound deadening material in trunk (or car for that matter), for a claimed 278lb weight savings (we observed about 240 lbs in my Evo w/half tank gas)"

According to Mitsu's site the weight diff is only ~44 lbs. Where do you get this "claimed 278lb weight savings" number?

Like I said. It was "claimed" and that was pre-production before the AC was included. Originally more weight was claimed to be dropped. I got mine on the scales vs. a GSR. He had a sunroof, leather, audio package, etc. I believe he also had a full tank. Hence I disputed Mitsu's claim.

This is OFF TOPIC, stop hijacking my thread.

BaseModelEvo,

This thread WILL be closed for now at your request... at least until it gets cleaned up a little. Over all, it can be a good discussion as there is a lot of misguided porting going on out there.

HOWEVER, remove any non-registered names/links from your signature... now. Buck the rules, you will be banned from the site. Even "crafty talking" about your service IS advertisement, and only allowed through registered vendors.

Warrtalon,

Please, lighten up... your really pushing it a lot as of late.
