just installed megan cat-delete and cat-back on monday can't believe the differance. sounds pretty good too.

 

How do you like it so far? Cuz i Want to get this Exhaust... Can you Feel the Power.. Dose it Sound mean and is it Loud Cuz if it is then thats good.

 

when you step on it it sounds great have not heard any other exhaust for evo to compare it to though. but i bought it off ebay used for 240 shipped (cat-delete and cat-back). it was on an 8 it fit ok a little close to the iside of bumper but the differace i feel is alot. i also bought headers (i think they are from megan also) off ebay for 114 shipped that i ceramic coated myself. overall i am very happy with extra power i feel. can't wait to get it on a dyno.

 

do you have the dp as well. cause the dp does wonders

Is the mid-pipe to axel back pipe rubbing your fuel liner?

 

How does the CEL fix work with the cat-delete?

 

You can make a mechanical 02 fix using some spark plug anti foulers. If you google it, there are some sites with comprehensive instructions. I have a megan resonated pipe with this setup. The resonated pipe is actually quieter then my high flow cat.

 

I have the Megan TBE with cat delete and a perin o2 sim and it works great. I get alot of complements on the sound. The performance is noticably better than stock. Great choice I had mine on my 03 and now onthe 05 no problems at all.

 

Seems like nothing but good feedback for this exhaust....question for the owners of the TBE how long have you had it and have you had any problems with the brackets or any other part for that matter rusting or rotting away?

 

no problems so far had it on the 03 for 8 months now on the o5 for 9 months. All is still good no issues of any kind. still sounds great and looks just as good. The finish on this product is very good and cleans up very good. Even after neglecting it for the entire winter. This is my Daily driver so it sees it all.
