Works uses the same bend points as OEM. They would be my choice for exhaust if I ever decided to change from the stock mid pipe. Not much interest in anything else as I need to run the stock muffler + cat. here in MA.

Tanabe Concept G blue system does not rub exhaust or tie-bars or acd, fit's IX MR perfectly and retains stock mounting locations / spring bolts etc. In other words perfect fitting with no special adjustment necessary. It's loud and makes great power.

It has a 2.75" DP, and that can be a point of contention for some. Also, it will not pass the uber scientific 'beer can' test . In spite of these criticism's it's a top performing quality exhaust system.

FYI - The HKS hi-power and Carbon Ti's resonators rub the driveshaft's on IX's and I just saw a thread that the APS does this as well although I think the APS may actually be a rebadged HKS because the piping looks identical in the pics I saw.

I have the HKS cat back and the flange in front of the resonator does the same thing. I wish I would have gone with the ETS 3.5" now. Most likely your exhaust will do this no matter what because the exhaust hangers are worn like mine. Get some Kartboy rubber hangers and it won't rub anymore

I just installed my Works TBE yesterday. Perfect fit, no rubbing. B pipe is slip fit but none of the other flanges had issues regardless.

I'm resurrecting an old thread sort of but will getting new rubber hangers fix this rubbing issue on hks carbon ti's? I just put mine on last night and sure enough, its touching the driveshaft where the resonator is.

Works is great, 3 inch all the way, including the O2 housing, clears the ACD nicely.
Even was easy to weld on a wideband O2.

I've gotten two cat backs since I started this post two years ago. I am currently running a greddy sp2 with no issues and its very quiet.

it is probably one of the bolts that is hooked up to the heatshield on the car that is touching against the midpipe. I had the ebay catback on for a little bit and my car vibrated at times, not all the time.
