It's an exhaust manifold, and it look's like the typical manifold that is sold on Ebay. I've seen many people using it. However I'd personally not use it as it has been shown it doesn't give the greatest results. I'd invest the money in cams, exhaust, or better yet a flash for your ECU.

My bad. You're right, intake manifold. I just don't like the look on the OEM rusty manifold

Did you notice any gains/loss in power? I really don't care if I do not gain but to lose power? Forget it.

Just get your stocker ported and coated at Buschur. It will costs less, will make more power, will no longer have any rust, will reduce the underhood temps, and will not crack.

There's not a single-defined number. It depends on the rest of your mods and the re-tune.

That exhaust manifold looks ... weird. My question would be: What are the two bungs for? Are those supposed to be for EGT probes? Do they actually connect the exhaust runners?

+1 to what Warrtalon said. Get your stock exhaust manifold ported. Unless you're going to step up to a bigger turbo, there's not much need to upgrade your exhaust manifold. I suppose you could try the SS autochrome exhaust mani ... there are some folks who have used it and dyno numbers should be posted somewhere on the forums.

I bought one, and have had no problems with it so far. I only bought it because they had a package deal with the manifold and O2 housing. I wanted it to buy me time to port out the stock manifold. But, I might end up leaving it on and beating on it to see if I can get it to crack just for $hits and giggles. In the mean time I am playing with my stocker...

Can you post pics of this mod? I just hate looking at that rusty manifold. Everytime I show somebody my engine, they always make a nasty comment about it.
