Question Help Diagnose my Idle Problem

So over the winter I installed a bunch of different mods.
Buschur ported intake manifold and throttle body
nisei intercooler and piping
evo 9 turbo with 9 oil/coolant lines
ebay 02 housing
dc sports exh manifold
280in 272 exh HKS cams w/ upgraded lifters set to -3,-2 on cam gears
installed 780cc injectors but replaced back with stock trying to fix this problem

Now my idle sits at around 1600 and will not drop down or even idle like normal cams - not lopey at all. Ive changed the plugs, cleaned the maf, changed the throttle body angle position sensor and adjusted it in all positions- it is currently all the way to the right at the lowest rpm setting and still sits at 1600 rpms. I still have stock intake in the car, just MR diverter valve. I can not figure out what this high rpm is coming from please help!

It may be the tune that you need in order to make it run right. I know Al has perfected the idle control with his flashes, so that may be an option.

yaah im calling Al tommorow actually to make an appointment- but i know hes booked for the next few weeks- so if this was a problem I was hoping to fix it before I had my appointment--- anyone else have any idea if this sounds like a vacuum problem, or a sensor?!

Did you check for any vacuum leaks?

yaah checked the entire intake side- all lines and intercooler piping- only thing im dreading is the intake manifold is leaking from the underside- but the idle is staying consistant at 1600 wouldnt a vacuum leak make the idle fluctuate?-- and i poured some water around the intake manifold gasket and it didnt change the idle or the idle noise- so i dont think its that- any other sensor other than the adjustable one on the throttle body could cause this?

I'd spray some T-body cleaner around the intake manifold and check for leaks.

To me it sounds like you have a vaccum leak as Ichiban stated.

I think a high idle with a boost leak is a leak after the throttle body. You might want to check the idle control, its a plug in sensor right under the throttle body.

Clean your throttle body, it might be sticking and not closing all the way.
