I know I will get flamed for saying this, but HKS SSQBOV is the best for high boost. Its unique design - by which I mean (the more boost it sees, the tighter shut it stays) makes it awesome. From reading the archives, it seems the HKS needs a clean and strong vaccum source. But, use the re-circ unless you are VTA with AEM EMS or something. Good luck!
There was a pretty informative bench test of a couple of CBVs/BOVs done not too long ago. The HKS SSQV and the TiAl will hold about any amount of boost you can throw at them. The Forge also tested very well.
I'm not sure why, but the HKS SSQV seems to have a bad reputation on this forum. As long as you get the proper recirc fitting and flange or adaptor, it should work perfectly. It has for me, on both the stock ECU and the AEM. It also works on 600+ WHP Supras.
