I am running the stock 05 turbo. I was wondering if I were to upgrade the to the new 9 turbo all I have to do is just which the compresser side of the turbo, and not the hotside correct? Because the 9 turbo is the same wheel and hotside as an 05?

 

exact a mundo! people have been reporting increased lag without the mivic to help spool. be forwarned

 

Mine spools up at 3400-3500rpm. Just make sure you have no leaks.

 

What would be the different in HP numbers between the 9 tubro and the 8?
